A restored 12th century farming priory and barn which is set in five acres of wooded land with lawns and informal garden. Built from the attractive blond stone of the region, with plenty of exposed oak beams, the old priory has been converted into spacious and comfortable accommodation with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has its own private garden with a protective hedge. Use of the swimming pool (10m x5m) which is discreetly out of earshot of either house in an open lawn area with a spectacular view over a wooded valley, is included.

Hedged garden, with chairs and table for eating outside leading to: A large sitting room with dining area and fireplace, (7 m x 5m). There is a separate modern fitted kitchen (equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher) which also opens out on to the garden. Separate W.C. and central heating. First floor: 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms: Large principal bedroom with double bed leading to an ensuite bathroom which has a bath with a shower attachment, basin and WC. Double bedroom with a double bed, double bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

Duvets and pillows, towels, sheets and pillowcases are provided. A deposit of 250 Euros (per week) is payable on arrival against damages and will be returned to you by post, after deduction for cleaning or breakages where necessary. Reductions are available for a long stay out of season. Gas and electricity is not included during a long let.

RESERVATIONS: To make a reservation, after confirming availability, please send 30% of the total amount due, and we will confirm your booking. The balance is due two weeks before arrival. Renting is from Saturday to Saturday.
